Flannels Parcel Not Delivered or Refund Refused? UK Guide
Flannels is a Frasers Group brand selling premium and designer goods, so order values are high and Section 75 is frequently available. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 makes Flannels responsible until the goods reach your hands, whichever courier carried them.
Who delivers your Flannels order?
Flannels typically uses: DPD, Evri, Yodel, Click and Collect (in-store). The exact courier varies by region, order size, and delivery option.
Whichever courier handled your parcel, your contract is with Flannels, not the courier. Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 puts the obligation on Flannels to deliver into your physical possession.

Save evidence: order confirmation, tracking screenshot, any delivery photo, and chat or email transcripts.
- 2
Wait 24–48 hours past the expected delivery date in case the parcel arrives late.
- 3
Contact Flannels via Flannels at cs@flannels.com or the help centre at help.flannels.com, with web chat Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 and weekends 09:00-18:00. Keep the ticket reference for any later payment claim. Then quote Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the parcel is missing.

If Flannels refuses or delays, escalate via Section 75 (credit card over £100), chargeback (debit card, within 120 days), or trading standards.
Flannels delivery FAQs
Is Flannels legally responsible for a missing parcel?
Yes. Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer (Flannels) is responsible for the goods until you take physical possession. Flannels cannot redirect you to the courier because your contract is with Flannels, not the courier.
How long does Flannels have to refund me?
Under Consumer Contracts Regulations, refunds are due within 14 days of cancellation. For damaged goods, a short-term right to reject and full refund applies within 30 days under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
My Flannels order was high value and never arrived.
Claim from Flannels under Section 29, and check your payment method — with a cash price over £100 on a credit card, Section 75 makes your card issuer jointly liable for the full amount.
Flannels says the security tag rule blocks my refund.
That condition governs returning goods you received and no longer want. It cannot apply to a parcel that never arrived, and it does not override your statutory rights on faulty goods.
The designer item arrived damaged in its packaging.
Photograph the outer parcel, the brand packaging and the item together before unpacking further. Within 30 days you can reject for a full refund under Section 20 rather than accepting a repair.
