Terms of Service

    Last updated: 18 April 2026

Welcome to getparcelrefund.com ("Parcel Refund", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and related services. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

    1. Who we are

Parcel Refund is operated by BiteRight Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus. Although our corporate entity is based in Cyprus, our service is UK-focused and built by a team of technology entrepreneurs and legal experts with deep knowledge of UK consumer rights, parcel delivery law, and retailer dispute processes.

We chose a Cyprus entity for operational and administrative reasons. It does not change the UK focus of our guidance or your rights as a UK consumer.

    2. What the service is

Parcel Refund is an informational assistance tool. We help users navigate common parcel delivery disputes — such as parcels marked delivered but not received, lost parcels, doorstep theft, and lost returns — by providing:

    • Step-by-step guidance based on UK consumer rights frameworks
    • Pre-written email templates
    • Call scripts for retailer and courier contact centres
    • Escalation workflows (e.g. chargebacks, ombudsman routes, Section 75)

The service is self-service. You remain the decision-maker and the party communicating with retailers, couriers, banks, and other third parties.

    3. What the service is not

    • We do not provide legal advice. Nothing on the site constitutes legal advice or creates a solicitor–client relationship. For legal advice, consult a qualified solicitor.
    • We do not guarantee outcomes. Recovery depends on facts, evidence, the retailer, the courier, and your own actions.
    • We do not contact retailers, couriers, banks, or any financial institutions on your behalf. All communication is sent by you, from your accounts, in your name. We are not your agent or representative.
    • We are not a regulated claims management company, law firm, or financial services provider.

    4. Eligibility and user responsibilities

By using the service you confirm that:

    • You are at least 18 years old
    • You are using the service for your own genuine parcel dispute
    • The information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful
    • You will use templates, scripts, and guidance lawfully and in good faith
    • You will review and adapt all generated content before sending it to any third party
    • You are responsible for the content of any message you actually send

    5. Payment terms

    • Access to premium content (templates, scripts, and escalation workflows) is provided on a one-time payment per case basis.
    • Prices are displayed at checkout and payable in full before access is granted.
    • Payments are processed by third-party payment providers whose own terms also apply.

    Refund policy

Because our service delivers digital content immediately upon payment, no refunds are issued once you have accessed the premium content for your case. By completing payment, you expressly consent to immediate access and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal under applicable distance-selling rules for digital content, to the extent permitted by law. If you believe you have been charged in error or the service failed to load entirely, contact info@getparcelrefund.com and we will review your case in good faith.

    6. Acceptable use

    You agree not to:

    • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
    • Use the service to pursue claims you know to be dishonest
    • Misuse, resell, redistribute, or republish our templates, scripts, or guidance
    • Use the service to harass, threaten, or defame any retailer, courier, employee, or third party
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service
    • Use the service to break the law or facilitate others in doing so

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe these rules have been breached.

    7. Intellectual property

All content on getparcelrefund.com — text, templates, scripts, workflows, branding, code, and design — is owned by BiteRight Ltd or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own parcel dispute. You may not:

    • Copy or distribute the content for commercial purposes
    • Share your purchased content with others
    • Use our materials to build, train, or operate a competing service

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

    8. "As is" service

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties — express or implied — that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free; that the guidance will fit every specific situation; or that any particular retailer, courier, or bank will respond, cooperate, or pay. UK consumer law continues to apply where relevant to UK consumers and is not excluded by this clause.

    9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that:

    • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
    • We are not liable for decisions made by retailers, couriers, banks, or regulators.
    • Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you actually paid us for the case in question.

    10. Third parties

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any retailer, courier, bank, card network, or ombudsman mentioned in our content. References to third parties are for guidance only.

    11. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if:

    • You breach these Terms
    • We reasonably suspect fraud or misuse
    • We are required to do so by law
    • We discontinue the service

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations and IP protections.

    12. Changes to the service and Terms

We may update the service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

    13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Where local mandatory consumer protection laws apply to you, nothing in these Terms overrides those rights.
